We are unable to absorb the tariffs proposed by the Administration and will be forced to stop investing in and developing our company. We will also be placed in a position that we will need to lay off some of our work force. It is important to note that our retailer customers will also not absorb price increases resulting from the proposed tariffs. It is well documented that the retail industry is facing trying 10 times. Retailers will make us absorb the increased expenses or they simply will not buy our product.”
