As a small retail fabric store and an online fabric, pattern, and notions seller, we cannot afford an additional 25% increase in the cost of goods imported into the USA. So many small fabric businesses have closed and we are all struggling to pay our employees and taxes and still be able to provide quality products to our customers. Our customers here in rural Mississippi cannot afford higher prices either and many of them sew to save money.”
